All prices include 25 per cent VAT, even if zero per cent is indicated.
Orders for Abroad
If you live abroad or want articles from Post & Tele Museum's Internet shop to be sent abroad, please note that you must place your order by phone no. (+45) 33 41 09 00 or by e-mail to museum@ptt-museum.dk. Parcels for abroad will be charged with the actual postage expenses.
Time of Delivery
If the articles are in stock, delivery will usually be effected within 7 days from receipt of order. In case of delay we will keep you informed.
Return
You may return the articles within 14 days from time of delivery and get your money back. The articles must be returned in their original packaging.
Defective Goods
If an article turns out to be defective, we will, of course, exchange it. Please phone us or send us an e-mail and we will help you exchange your article. Claims on defective goods shall be raised within reasonable time after receipt to make sure that substitutes are still in stock.
Guarantee
There is a two-year guarantee on durable consumer goods. Within this period an article may be exchanged/repaired. If exchange/repair is impossible, the purchase price will be reimbursed.
