By Viktor IV. Viktor IV (1929-1986) was a pictorial artist, born in the US, but resident of a houseboat in Amsterdam. He sent love letters to his Danish sweetheart Ina Munck and the envelopes of these are the subject of the book. They are richly decorated with pictures, sentences, and stamps, and with his choice of motifs Viktor comments in his own pensive way the contemporary political life and not least the feelings he wanted to communicate to his loved one in Denmark.
